  • Images must be of your VRFS football kit
  • Images must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content
  • Image should be of the front shirt or full kit from the kit maker website (in-game images are not supported yet)
  • High-quality images preferred - minimum resolution of 512x512 pixels
  • Each uploaded kit must include accurate information, including its code

Verified & Certified Kits

Visua offers two special designations for premium-quality kits:

Verified Kits

Verified kits meet higher quality standards and are confirmed as authentic designs.

  • High-Quality design
  • Accurate and complete kit information
  • Submited by a logged-in user

Verification is granted by moderators after review.

Certified Kits

Certified kits represent the highest tier of quality and are officially endorsed.

  • Must meet all Verified kit requirements
  • Specially identified by Visua staff as a high-quality kit

Certification status is granted only by Visua moderators.

Kit Verification is done automatically by Visua staff and will be rejected if repeatedly asked for.

User Agreement

By using Visua and uploading content, you agree to the following terms:

  • You have the legal right to upload the image and grant permission for its use
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visua from any liability arising from the uploaded content
  • You grant Visua a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content you upload
  • Any violations of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or IP address blocking
  • Visua reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time

Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive and productive community, please follow these guidelines:

  • Be respectful to other users in comments and interactions
  • Do not engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
  • Provide constructive feedback when rating or reviewing kits
  • Report inappropriate content or behavior to our moderation team

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information:

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide our services
  • Your email address will only be used for account-related communications
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
  • You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time
